AVG Antivirus Notice

Please note that AVG anti virus is known to cause problems running CCTrader. Therefore, if you're using AVG and experiencing issues, we recommend adding CCTrader as an exception in AVG.

Windows:

  • Go to Settings > General > Exceptions, and add the CCTrader application file as exception.

The location of this file:

C:\Users\[your-username]\AppData\Local\Programs\CCTrader\CCTrader.exe

or

C:\Program Files\CCTrader\CCTrader.exe

macOS:

Go to:

  • Preferences > Scans > Add Exceptions
  • Preferences > Core Shields > File Shield > Add Exceptions
